Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be unused and unopened, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required to process the request.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products (unless defective)
Items returned after 7 days
Items purchased through unauthorized sellers

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.
